Turkey Burgers

1 lb. organic ground turkey

3 cloves garlic (minced)

1 small onion (finedly chopped)

1 stalk celery (finely chopped)

1 carrot (grated) - may omit on shape phase 1

4-5 baby bella mushrooms (finely chopped)

1/4 c. Cilantro (finely chopped)

1/4 c. fresh basil (finely chopped)

2 TBS Coconut Aminos

2 TBS Zuchini Flour

1 TBS Avocado Oil

2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare vegetables. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with hands until blended well. Form into 6-8 patties depending on how large you like your burgers. Place burgers on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. Flip the burgers and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
