Strawberry Icedream

2 c. frozen strawberries

3/4 c. pinneaple juice

3/4 c. greek yogurt

1/2 tsp. guar gum

Mix guar gum with a small whisk in pinneaple juice, set aside. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender on the "frozen desert" setting. Blend until smooth. May be eaten immediately or pour into container and freeze.
