Angel Bread Rounds

4 Eggs

4 oz goat cheese

4 TBS Arrowroot

4 TBS Flax meal

2 tsp. baking powder

½ tsp Celtic Sea Salt

No Salt Seasoning – optional

Blend everything but the no salt seasoning in a high speed blender until smooth. Cook batter like you would a pancake if you're using a skillet. Pro tip - use a mini pancake griddle like the one shown to help control portion size and have the most even heat. When using the pancake griddle, pour the batter in, then sprinkle the top with no-salt seasoning before closing the top. Cook until tops are golden.

Let the rounds cool slightly before serving. They can be used for sandwiches, tacos, wraps, etc.

Recipe makes 8 rounds using the mini pancake maker and base on that, the Shape information is as follows for each round:
