Vibroaccoustic Therapy with Braintap

Vibroaccoustic therapy alone provides many benefits such as easing of physical tension, stress relief, better sleep, elevated mood, pain reduction, increased flexibility, improved circulation and more.  

In this session I also add Braintap audio and light therapy which helps balance brainwave patterns.

This experience is what I call "brainfitness" because it is truly exercise for the brain. We often times think of fitness as hitting the gym and sweating on a treadmill or lifting heavy weights. While physical exercise is great, we also need to exercise our brain. This therapy does just that, without the sore muscles!
